YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE SUPPLEMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS, AS MODIFIED FROM TIME TO TIME, (“SUPPLEMENTAL TERMS”), IN ADDITION TO THE ENOMCENTRAL REGISTRATION AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT’) AND PRIVACY POLICY. PLEASE READ THESE SUPPLEMENTAL TERMS CAREFULLY.

AUCTIONS: If you participate in a Pre-Release Auction service, you agree to be bound by the Auction provider’s terms of use (see NameJet Terms of Use for the NameJet Auction service) and this Agreement including Supplement Terms. Upon receipt of timely payment, the Pre-Release Auctioned Domain name then enters an Escrow Holding Period. The Escrow Holding Period lasts for forty-two (42) consecutive days.
